Diecast Fact and Fiction
Being involved in the 1:24
and 1:18 diecast hobby for many years, and having seen many collector
websites where the cars displayed with beautiful photography and
glowing reviews has led me to create a site of my own that does the
same things from my point of view.
I am not a collector who thinks a diecast is great because it cost a certain amount of money, or one that looks poorly on budget models.
Quite simply, a well done diecast for its price class is what I aim to collect.
I have a medium sized collection of about 400 pieces covering everything from Vintage Antiques to Modern Supercars. I have a big emphasis on Road Racing, Indy Cars, English Cars and Porsche.
I hope that visitors to this site will watch as it grows and hopefully will enjoy the time spent here.

This site was created on 7.28.06 as a way of sharing my hobby with others.
First and foremost, it is a place for me to display picture of my collection.
My efforts for the time being is to get some pics uploaded and then work on some reviews at a later date.

Plans for this Site
This is a site that will always be under construction. my time is very limited and I will not be able to make large numbers of additions. It will be very much a "on the fly" or whenever I get a chance.
I have recently been photagraphing my collection, many time reshootong to add a better picture.
I am currently uploading some pictures to start with and will start on some individual reviews as time allows.
